ALS signed “Marie,” two pages on two adjoining sheets, 6.5 x 8.5, personal letterhead, May 8, 1933. Letter of thanks to George Cukor. In part: “I wonder what’s the matter with me. I’m lonely to see you…there is an empty feeling somewhere & I just got to see you soon.” In fine condition, with some light toning along central horizontal fold.
